Welcome to my home page. I am a professional Astronomer, working with the X-ray Astronomy group at the Institute of Astronomy in the University of Cambridge. Previously, I was also based at the ESO (the European Southern Observatory), in Santiago de Chile, with part-time duties at the VLT (Very Large Telescope). My research is focused on observational followup of distant, active supermassive black holes and related modelling studies.
