To use the differential Guiding at the Danish Telescope, it is necessary to transform your R.A. and Dec cross motion rates to allow for the mis-alignment of the TV camera and other scale factors (a report is available). The transformation equations are given on page 19 of the Danish manual, though to ease calculation, you may also calculate them using this form. Note that the R.A. and Dec motion rates are that of your object on the sky, i.e. these are not the (negative) rates at which the guide probe should be moved such that the telescope moves with your object.
